PROGRAM DIRECTOR & THE LEAD MENTOR OF COS
Andrijana has over 17 years of experience in building and leading compliance and integrity programmes across highly regulated industries and cross borders. She has built a comprehensive complaince and ethics programs in two large publically listed financial companies, during major changes in the regulatory and economic environment. She has sucessfully navigated fullfillment of compliance integrity requirements according to international standards and thus helped a group of companies getting a release from the WBG's debarrment for prohibited practices.
Andrijana is a founder of Integrity Institute Ltd., with a flagship international Compliance Officers School – a practice-based professional development programme representing a legacy of almost two decades of Andrijana's extensive learning and on the field work.
She is also a Founder and President of the European Institute of Compliance and Ethics (EICE) and a founding contributor to the European Network for Compliance Officers (ENFCO).
Her expertise spans compliance integrity risk management, regulatory compliance management, third-parties compliance integrity, conflict of interests’ prevention, anti-corruption and good business conduct.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Andrijana holds a bachelor’s degree in law from University in Ljubljana and has completed postgraduate studies in management in 2010 at Cotrugli Business School in Zagreb, with accredited Executive MBA diploma. During her career in financial industries, she graduated from an in-house international insurance academy in a talent program, and from the Banking School at Slovenian Banking Association.
She holds an international accreditation - the Advanced Certificate in Business Compliance from ICA (International Compliance Association), based in the UK. Between 2012 and 2014 she served as a member of the international committee for the professional certificate (CCEP-I) at US based SCCE (Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics).
As the first president of the compliance committee at Slovenian Insurance Association, Andrijana lead industry advocacy in legislation processes and policy making.
She has helped create the Declaration on Fair Business (by UNGC Slovenia) and Slovenian Corporate Integrity Guidelines.
In cooperation with the Managers’ Association of Slovenia and support of the US Embassy in Slovenia, the 5-stars Integrity Leadership Manual was created under her lead.
